Instructions

  1. The Company does not expect the return of goods for credit unless it is a justified warranty claim. All returns must be authorized in advance with the issuance of a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #). Unauthorized returns will be refused. An RMA # will be provided via e-mail or fax.

  2. When returning a product, please ensure that the instrument is marked accordingly. Standard Pneumatic reserves the right to refuse the return of a product that is not properly submitted.

  3. When returning a product, please keep any power cords, hoses, bits, etc. Failure to do so may result in the disposal of such items with the replacement costs being the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Standard Pneumatic will evaluate returned products prior to any further action being taken.

  5. A handling charge amounting to not more than 20% of the invoice value of the product may be deducted from any credit allowed.

  6. A form with the above completed information will be provided when the RMA # is assigned. Please include a copy of this form with your return shipment.

  7. The product(s) approved for return must be received by Standard Pneumatic within 30 days of the date of issuance of the RMA #.

  8. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  9. Please package securely, write the RMA # on the label and on the outside of the package, and return the product to:
