The 2500 series is designed for the customer who desires a pneumatic screwdriver with which the operator can control the rpm's by depressing the lever at graduated levels, but can still have the tool shut off when the torque value has been reached. The auto shut-off clutch has an overall accuracy of ± 5% and has a torque range of 0.5 in lbs (0.04Nm) to 12 in lbs (1.3Nm). The push button forward/reverse makes changing directions very simple and easy. The 2500 series, like all our tools, was designed, developed, and manufactured in our U.S. plant to handle low torque requirements. The 2500 series is designed for the customer who needs to fasten a metal screw into a plastic nylon standoff or vice-versa. With the release of a lever, screwdrivers in the 2500 series have the ability to stop driving the screw when it becomes askew and still remain in contact with it. This quality makes the 2500 series the ideal tool for difficult or time-consuming assemblies.

The 2500 series uses part number 25058 (see graphic to left.) clutch which can be set at the factory, if requested. Any clutch or tool which is set at the factory will receive a certificate of calibration sheet which is N.I.S.T. traceable.
